Please note that scholarships would purely depend on the course you wish to apply for, your score and your future prospects, i.e, your aim in life.
While applying for scholarship, you would have to submit all your details duly filled, attach your admission receipt for the course you would be pursuing, your last passes marksheet, as well as your financial condition papers, few places ask you to write down few lines as to what is your aim in the future and how will the scholarship help.
Some places, also conducts a Personal Interview round, just to know how keenly are you interested in making a future.
