Chartered Accountancy or CA being a professional course needs complete dedication and sincere efforts as such. Thus the most important factor is time. One needs to devote maximum time for preparation.
Hence you need to opt for a course that would not take the whole day in terms of lectures or practicals or projects etc. Hence I would suggest B.Com. The course generally has morning lectures.
The other reason being subjects like Accounts and Financial Management which would be helpful during CA preparations too.
