Dear Aspirant,
Your question made me very upset. After doing BTech in Software Engineer, who told you that you become a Doctor? I feel you are making fun of yourself or us here.
You cannot become a Doctor based on your BTech degree, therefore you should leave this thought altogether forever. Also there is no point in going back to medical field based on 12th std marks.
As a BTech graduate, definitely you have and will get good scope in Software domain in the IT sector. I think you should start searching for jobs and join a good company irrespective of the salary. Focus on your skills and job profile which you will get.IT industry is growing and you can have a long term career.
Best wishes
