To be successful in a job, one needs sills appropriate to that job, and that is possible only when one knows their own skills or potentials which is what we call the Aptitude or your innate abilities.
Skills are there in the right place, but you have no interest or as we say Attitude is negative, results would never be shown.
Thus if you have the Aptitude but no Attitude, or vice-versa, success would not be reached. Hence both are of utmost necessity.
But please note, you must learn the ART of controlling and showcasing your Attitude. Or else colleagues or subordinates may feel insecured, which again could be detrimental towards your success.
