Dear friend. A biologist is a person, who study the viving organism and their interaction with the environment. A biologist could be a botanist, zoologist, microbiologist, biochemist, biotechnologist, agricultural scientist, forensic scientist, biomedical engineer, environmental scientist, marine biologist. To become a biologist, one must study biology subject starting from secondary education. In 10+2 you must take biology as a subject along with physics, chemistry or mathematics. In graduation choose any one oe two of the following; botany, zoology, biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, environmental science. If you are inclined to become a n agriculture scientist, then you have to opt agriculture subject in your graduation. This is a four and half years degree course. Similarly, if you are interested to become a vetrinary scientist, then you have join the course of veterinary scicencs and animal husbandry. This is a five years degree course. To become a biologist you have to do masters degree in the agricultural as well as in veterinary science program. The specialization in Post graduation depends uopn your marks obtained in graduation as well upon your interest.
