Getting a job in a multinational corporation (MNC) without prior experience can be challenging, but it's definitely possible with the right approach. Here are some steps you can take to increase your chances:
1. Build a Strong Foundation

Dear Aspirant,
Confused which to choose among so many streams in Engineering is not a problem at all and you need not be worried.
Engineering stream should be selected based on your strong subject in your 12th level.
If you like Physics too much and Maths, then Mechanical Engineering would be best.
I would alternatively and strongly suggest you to appear for Engineering Branch Selector Test available with CareerGuide.com which is a psychometric test. This test will help you decide and know which Engineering stream suits your aptitude.
Best wishes

At this juncture, where you have seen and experienced the world, I think you are matured enough to deal with small insecurities and uncertainties in life.
Best is that you have analysed yourself perfectly and know where your future lies.
The only thing now you need to do is come out of your fear and inhibitions.
There is nothing called as not being able to do something.

Hi Nikhil,
Interesting question.
But I would like to know the reason behind this question???
Though any kind of business one wishes ti do, would only require knowledge in that field, a degree as such is not required.
But still to be successful, a degree qualified individual would perform much better than vice versa.
Again it is quite a subjective issue.
At the same time, a career in acting, modelling, jockey / Anchor etc do not require a degree persay.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
Firstly congratulations for getting a job after a break.
It seems your job is hectic and so giving you less time for family. I think you are getting this feeling just because you were with them whole time for one and half year and now you have been habituated with their presence all the time and NOW you are out for work (which is very good) and so you feel that you have not seen them for hours.
I would suggest that this phase will pass on. Concentrating on your job, making your boss happy with your performance is the most important thing which should be in your mind right no

Dear Aspirant,
You being an Engineer you are thinking of a banking career. It is true that many engineers who are not able to find jobs in IT or Engineering start hunting for other career options and then jobs in that field.
IT/Software and Banking are not to be compared at all, since they are not related anyways. Are you really sure that you are not getting to do anything in engineering/IT field? IT industry is growing and there are definitely jobs available.
I suggest that you should choose a career only the basis of your aptitude, interests, and inter personal abilities. Banking has good op

Hi Vivek,
There are a lot of options for students after 12th. But it completely depends on the students line of interests and the stream he has chosen and subjects studied in that stream.
Please note that 12th is the base for a student to make a career in future, so one must make a confirmed choice here itself.
As such from your query, it seems you wish to know options in the designing field after 12th.
Any student from any stream is eligible to study designing.
You can opt for a full-time degree course or opt for a Short term course too.
