Hello Tammana, I would say both. Firstly please note an MBA degree as a fresher does not help much when you join an industry. Rather if you already have market knowledge, it becomes easier to understand and apply the management principles. So good if you start working in a bank. After few years of experience, you can pursue an MBA in Banking or Finance through correspondence.
