Please note, certain jobs like Media specifically requires a bold personality, but any kind of a back end job or desk job would require a pleasing personality to succeed. Dear Aspirant, You are expecting and asking before time. You will definitely improve and progress in your career, but not with little experience. Three years experience is small to progress to the Manager level. Why are you so desperate to climb up, when you have just gathered small work experience? Dear Aspirant, Now that you have completed PGDM in Tourism and Cargo, you must be aware of the industry, job profiles, the type of work available. Cargo sector is one of the basic sector in the industry. Dear Aspirant, Yes, 53% is a problem and I agree with Ms. Meghana too. Having Distinction in B.Ed is a good achievement. Doing M.Ed would not help you teach in senior colleges if you are not NET/SET cleared. With 53% you will not be eligible for appearing for NET / SET exam. If you belong to the reserved category, then 5% relaxation is available and you can appear for NET / SET. I would suggest that you may think of teaching in junior colleges and schools with your current qualification of MA English and B.Ed. Best wishes

Dear Aspirant, From your question, I am not sure which career you are looking forward to in your life ahead. Sanskrit and then suddenly Archaeology and now you wish to learn a foreign language? Why do you think that a foreign language is what is good for you for future and would give you something that you desire in your career? Are you working currently? Hi Aakar, I agree a job and preparing for GMAT is quite a task. But tell me, will you be able to dedicate 24 hours, only to study and prepare for GMAT. A break is needed.You just cant keep studying all the time. So best would be to prepare a schedule and work accordingly. Take reasonable breaks. BUt I would suggest, do not leave the job, as being outside and with different people and activities relaxes the mind. You need to learn to focus for the rest of the time you get. Hope this helps.
