Hello Om Prakash, Glad to know your interest in Computers. Choosing for BSc Computer science/IT is a good option. Pls dont worry about not making it to engineering. As long as you are good in aptitude, communication skills & minimum one programming language you are on a equal footage with BE candidates to get a good job in IT industry (only a minor difference in starting salary).
