Banking and Railway are the quite apart departments though they both are the Government Sector options. Both the Sectors they are the growing sectors and have been expanding rapidly and requires a lot of the Human Resource which is skilled and good at the Technical Skills especially have the basic computer knowledge.
In order to make a career in any of these departments one needs to give an examinations conducted by these departments. The candidate who clears the entrance exam gets appointed in the department for the respective designations.
The eligibility criteria for any of the Government department requires a candidate to meet the some of the criteria as prescribed by them. As you are now 44 years that is one of the thing where you do not get eligible for the any of the Government Departments. Becsue the Age criteria is till 30 years,5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC Candidates.
You do not get eligible to any of the departments i.e Railway and Banking.
