However, core IT department related jobs are related to technical tasks like programming, coding, testing,development etc. Hence, they recruit candidates who are from technical background like bachelors and masters from computer science or computer application discipline. A student who has pursued degree in the field of management and possesses business related skills but no technical skill is not suitable for the job.
