Your question is a bit unclear.
I am confused whether you wish to learn about film production or parts of it like editing, cinematography etc or do you wish to learn acting.
I am assuming that you are interested in learning more about films and its production and other processes involved in film making.
Here you have two options.Before learning about films and its production, I feel best would be an exposure to the Media world.So best would be to complete your Graduation, pursuing BMM ( Bachelors in Mass-media).
After that you could pt for either a PG Diploma or certificate courses related to the film industry.Note that most of the Institutes provides Post Graduation courses only.

But please note that, if you wish to excel in this industry, hands on experience is more important than just acquiring degree.So while you pursue the course, get involved with some studio or film production house as an intern and gain experience.
