I appreciate that you are in the social work field after doing Masters in Social Work. Programme Manager is really a good position you are working at and I also appreciate that you wish to continue in the social work field.
I feel that doing a management course when you are in the social work field will not be of big use to you. Corporate Management and Social Work are way apart fields and in a management course, mainly corporate / industry management aspects are taught which revolve around finance/hr/marketing, etc.
Instead of management course, I would suggest you to explore doing a course in corporate social responsibility (CSR). These are short duration diploma courses. CSR is a very near and an important aspect now in social work. Doing CSR course will add value and knowledge as a programme manager to your social activities and work.
