I have done my MBA in HR and got 2.5-3 yrs of experience in the same.Most of my work was into recruitment which i dont like much.But deep inside i have a feeling that i can excel in this field,dono why?How do i know that this is the career that best suits my personality?At the same time when i work in HR it makes me feel good too.Am really in a dilemma,pls help?

Hi Nisha,You seem to be in a lot of confusion. If you have a feeling that you are in a right field then there shouldn't be any dilemma. You might not like recruitment but there are various other works in the HR sector and you can work in those areas also like training, work-force planning, performance management etc.... You can also try and change the work in the HR department itself you do and then see if you like it or not.
