Hi Pankaj,
Why not. I dont see any reason for companies rejecting you academically.
But please note, you need a strong reasons to support your reasons for studying in this manner.
At the same time, make an attractive resume, highlighting your strengths, your achievements and ways you would contribute to the industry.
Be confident when you face the interviewer, do not try and boast and do not try convincing at all means. JHust lay down your reasons truthfully and be confident.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
If you were working while doing your 12th and graduation then it is not at all an issue. However if you were not working while doing the basic education, then you may be in problem since industry/companies do not prefer candidates who have passed graduation through distance or correspondence mode.
However as said by Ms. Meghana too, good companies definitely will consider you. Your academic record being also good as you say, there is no problem for companies to accept you and your candidature, provided that you have valid reason to the question about distance learning graduation.
I would suggest that if possible, please also try to complete your masters degree in a subject of your choice. If you can tell me more details about your graduation, I can guide you for this.
Preparing a good one page resume is important which should reflect true, correct information about whatever you have done till now.
Best wishes
