The details of notification:
All the eligible candidates willing to apply for this post of Assistant/Assistant Manager must be Indian who can apply through the online mode and there are state wise vacancies for different States in India and are allocated in the following manner.
Note: When it comes to applying for the post of Assistant one candidate can apply from 1 state for the vacancy, Secondly about the posting it can be said that only for initial years a candidate can get posting in the state preferred by the candidate as required or as the situation demands the transfer he may be transferred to another state irrespective of the preference. Lastly, an Assistant Manager does not have a choice and he can be posted anywhere as per the requirement of the company.
Remuneration
In the case of an Assistant, the starting salary would be 7400/- per month in different scales at different posts and in addition to these benefits, there are other allowances which should be admissible and payable as per the rules. Thus the total of all emoluments goes to an extent of Rs 16335 (depends on a place of posting) with additional Sodexho Coupons according to the rules. Moreover, other benefits include Provident Fund, PL Encashment and Performance Linked Incentives, Group Personal Accident Insurance, LTC, Gratuity, Medical Benefit, GSLI (Group Savings Linked Insurance), Vehicle Advance (2Wheeler), PL Encashment, Housing Loan, as per the rules.
Probation Period
An Assistant is kept on probation for a maximum of 6 months from his joining date and in the case of the Assistance Manager, there is a training of one year as a management Trainee which starts on joining date. The consolidated salary goes to Rs. 25,000 pm which is paid at the period of training. Once the training period is completed at a satisfactory level and is successfully done a person is appointed as Assistant. Usually, the probation period is of one year and it can extend by another year if required.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Fee of the Application (payment by online mode):
Rs 150/- is the fees for the application for these posts of Assistant Manager and Assistant. This is without any exception to any candidate and is non-refundable and the online transactions have to be borne by the applicants.
Selection Procedure:
For the post of the Assistant selection procedure is usually TWS RRBs-CWE III according to the general category cut-off for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Interview and for the post of Assistant Manager it is TWS RRBs-CWE-III according to the general category cut-off for Officer Scale I plus Interview as mentioned above.
Total Weighted Score (TWS):
When candidates apply according to the procedure mentioned above they are given priority as per the marks obtained by them in the qualifying exam (RRBs-CWE-III for Assistant Manager) based on their Total Weighted Score secured in that exam and would be given preference according to the rank obtained. The final selection would be based on the total of aggregate marks of Total Weighted Score which are 50 marks and the Interview which are of 50 marks which are strictly based on merit ranking and the Final merit list resulting in the selection is kept separate in case of Assistant and Assistant Manager. Further, the company can change the selection procedure and that right reserved, if necessary. All the successful candidates are required to undergo the compulsory medical Exam to be medically fit and to get selected for the posts of Assistant and Assistant Manager which is done by LIC HFL authorized Medical Examiner appointed for this purpose.
The Center of Interview:
The Centers of Interview are decided and conveyed to the applicants selected for an interview at a later period. The candidates have to bear the expenses of attending the interview and company does not reimburse it.
Interview Call Letter:

Also via SMS and Email, intimations would be sent to the candidates by the official website mentioned above, which are registered while filling the online application.
