Dear Subodh, Choose specialization in HR. This would make you eligible for HR manager. Be active, confidant and show leadership quality. These things would make you eligible for HR manager. All the Best.
Its really great to see your aspirations developed right in the first year of your MBA degree. As you have mentioned your desire to become a human resource manager in the future, it is highly necessary you specialise in either of these elective modules: Human resource management or Organizational behaviour
So in the beginning you would start a full time role in the "recruitment" section of human resources. Later on you will go revolving around every section of the department and within three years you will gain expertise and become a "Manager of human resources" of that company.
In order to post replies to the question: "I am doing mba 1st yr. i want to become a hr manager so what can i do for that suggest me the best way/"
