"No Pains, No gains" - it's been very rightly said by someone. An animator has to concentrate a lot on his work in order to show creativity and hence to bring clarity and quality, he/she will have to spend extra time on the same issue and thus, will have to sit in the office for a couple of hours at a stretch. that means it is an essential part of job, where is the question of boredom.
