Graphic designers are required in organisations and firms involved in web designing, animation, movies, advertising, media, TV, online merchandise shopping sites, etc.
Jobs are very good in terms of work and pay scales. Ensure that you do the graphic designing course from a recognised and good Institute where there is a placement assistance too.

As a Graphic designer, your main role would be to add graphics to the design and being illustrative, so that the designs attract cutomers and increase profitability.
You could work technically within both the industry.
If you join a footwear company, then you would be restricted to only graphic related to footwear and its remodelling.
Whereas if you work for an online shopping store, you would design the graphics for all types of products., mainly it would be an attractive advertisement or design to attract customers towards the store. AT the same time, you could also cater to different products and increase your base.
Also you could work part time with any other organization of your choice.
