To become a professor in plastic technology engineering one needs to have MTech in Polymer programmepreferably followed by research degree. MTech polymer programme or equivalent are offered to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Polymer Science/ Engineering/ Tech/Plastic Tech or an equivalent examination or Master's degree within technical chemistry/ applied chemistry/ industrial chemistry or equivalent.
