It is really nice to know that you are interested in doing your masters in mass communication through regular mode. For Masters in Mass Communication there must be an entrance test which you must have given that time. Now that you do not wish to choose IP University and Amity University, you will have to look out for another Institute and where the entrance has not yet been conducted. I feel all the entrances are now over.
I would suggest that considering the Masters course of two years, you should go ahead with Amity University which is a good University and has good placements. I feel though the distance is far, it is worth it instead of wasting another year looking for another institute. A little hard effort now for a short period can give you good results.
Nice to know that you wish to become a lecturer after your Masters. For this, you need to appear for NET or SET exam after which you can become an Assistant Professor and teach mass communication.
