What exactly would you mean by "management careers in India"?
I just wish to say that, management is become a fashion these days. Every Graduate to get a job opts for a management study, without knowing where it would lead them to in the industry.
Also there are many Institutes that offer a management degree. Some are industrially recognised whereas some claim to be industrially recognised. Thus a student needs to be very careful before choosing an institute to study management.
Secondly they should be clear why they wish to study management and what exactly are they looking out for.
I also suggest here that a student must first get a hang of the industry, start working and then based on the need pursue an MBA
Also being a fresh management Graduate, they should have patience and not just directly aim for a managerial position, but begin as a trainee and through their work achieve success.

You have not written which educational level you are currently in? Whether 12th or graduate and of which stream?
Management Careers majorly in Finance, HR, Marketing, International Business can be done with an MBA course from a reputed BSchool in India.
If you have experience of industry, doing MBA is best. As a fresher, if you do MBA you wont get any management position or designation unless you do MBA from IIM and other Top 5 BSchools.
Choosing the right specialisation for management course is also very important.
