Hello Kushalnag..!!
Really happy to know that you are aiming for such a versatile sector - the Banking sector. Working in a bank is a career on which you can rely on. To get into the banking sector, especially in Public Sector Banks, various exams like are conducted either by the IBPS or the bank itself. The IBPS is responsible for most of the exams such as IBPS Clerk, IBPS PO, IBPS SO etc.
Coming back to the question, the selection procedure for IBPS Clerk is quite easy. You have to clear the two exams conducted by the IBPS which are:
1. Preliminary Exam
2. Mains Exam
After clearing both the exams you will be selected for the job. And you have to wait for the further processing of joining. There is no interview stage for the IBPS Clerk Exam. The Interview stage is present in exams like IBPS PO, IBPS SO etc.
So, once you have cleared both the exams, you have qualified for the job.
All the best..!!
