As far as I understand your question, you seem to ask clarification regarding joining an Army run hospital for an internship program.
As such I knew that the general rule for internship is that, the college you study, generally you enrol for an internship program there only. Another way is that you send in your application to the hospital of your choice and specifically to the department you wish to join.
So I would suggest that prepare an interesting biodata ( Resume)( and send it across to the hospital, stating clearly why you wish to intern in that particular hospital, what is your ultimate goal and your future plans.
Sending you a list of Army run hospital, check each website, especially of the state where you wish to apply to, and send in your application.
