Dear aspirant,
HR people want to know whether the candidate is suitable for the job profile or not. Following are few questions that are asked in HR round
- Tell me about yourself
- Brag about your technical skills
- Why should we hire you?
- Why do you want to work for our company?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
There might be question related to technical knowledge as well as skills required for the jpob profile.
Dear Aspirant,
Generally, HR round is non-technical round. The questions asked are listed by Ms. Deepti.
Technical round is always separately conducted by a member of the exact process / department in which the company is recruiting for. Here no HR questions are asked or may be asked just to make the candidate talk or express.
I would always recommend that preparing for the interview should not be done keeping in mind the rounds. You have to prepare for the interview as a whole and then you can answer any question irrespective in which round it is asked by the employer.
You can search the internet for more questions in HR round too, but always remember that it is where you as a person and your personal skills will be judged.
Best wishes
