Ofcourse initially for experience and building a network, preferable to work with a dental care clinic. Once experience gained and you confident, you could open your own centre.
At the sametime, you could work as a consultant in the morning half and cater to patients at your centre in the second half. But only if it suits you, working as a consultant.
Or else, I would suggest get experience, accumilate money needed and then look for a convinent place and begin on your own.

Now that you have completed MDS, you are now aware of what are the critical ailments in people in dentistry. I would say that opening your own clinic is definitely the best solution for your career, however before that I would suggest that if possible try to get associated with an established dental surgeon in your city or get associated with a hospital, where you will be able to learn practically. Gaining practical experience is recommended.
After may be three or five years, you may definitely think for your own clinic.
