You need to have a valid graudation qualification.

To get into HR, appear for
Master in Social Work /
MBA - specialising in HR /
PG Diploma in HRM /
PG Dip in IRPM - Industrial Relations & Personnel management /
PG Dip in HRD /
Certificate course from ISTD - Indian Society for Training & Development /
DLP - Diploma in Labour Practices /
MA in Industrial Psychology
Distance education programs from IGNOU / Symbiosis / NMIMS, Mumbai etc.

Look for PG courses in your area - Full time 2 years degree course or one year Diploma program from the near by university. Always check if the certificate / degree awarding organization has valid affiliation with university or is AICTE approved.

Explore with HR professionals in your area and check if they have specific preference for any of the above degrees. Some prefer full time over part time / distance education degrees

All the best !!

Hello

Thank you very much for contacting us. I appreciate your sincerity in getting some extra certifications to stable your career. May I ask you what you are currently doing now? Are you studying? Are you working some where and want to switch a job into human resources? Are a studying an MBA currently? Knowing such details only, I can further tailor my answer to your question. But I am giving you a broad view and you can understand what you want to do from my answer.

First of all if you are looking for a degree level specifically to human resource management, you should consider studying these courses at college level either for your undergraduate or post graduate level.
BSc Psychology
BSc Social Psychology
BSc Sociology
BSW Social work

At post graduate level you can study any of the courses already mentioned by Counsellor Nanda Dave here. Apart from that you can also consider studying Executive level programs in human resources. IIM Calcutta runs executive program in human resources called EPHRM for working professionals. You can study this course while already working in a company. Courses run in weekends or weekdays evening after 5pm. It will add more strength to apply for a job in human resources or if you are willing to get a job in human resources.

As you have asked for specific certifications, I can list the courses below that will get you special HR status but this could be concurrently studied while you are working. Only then it will compliment your career very well. Some of the certifications you can consider in HR are here:

1. Certification in Training and development from Indian society of Training and Development, India
2. PHR exam: Professional in human resources: It studies the technical level side of Hr and also studies how human resources functions are operated. It isaccreditedby US human resource studies board too.
2. SPHR exam: Senior professional in human resources: It is focused on senior HR professionals who are looking to design, plan and implement new HR policies.
3. GPHR: Global Professional in human resources exam: it is for HR professionals who works in cross cultural contexts, like handling both India and international asignments.
4. HRBP: Human resources business professional: It is for HR professionals who want a global accrediation and be a global professional. This is the higher status that says the HR is an expert.

All the best.
