BBA is one of the course which would have equipped you with management skills and thus finding a career in companies would not be difficult.
BBA is a degree of Management but at the same time the degree is a undergraduate level unlike MBA where you are exposed to subject in details. so the job would be entry level and would need not be very well paying and rewarding.
In my corporate life i had see lot of young student of BBA working as a Associate who does job of various profile such as Research, banking executives, data entry, back office, sales, Call center etc.
Once you get to a start you have to work and prove yourself in the job which is the case with any other course passport as well and growth can be good.
Just want to add that if you are planning to do MBA then it would be better to look for profile of your interest and gain experience once you have experience and then you do MBA it would have higher value.
