1M+ Test Taken
In my opinion you have to do B.Sc. in Physics. Because after graduation you have the best option to become theoretical physicist which is IIT JAM.
It is an entrance exam for M.Sc. conducted by IITs and IISc.
According to JAM scores you get admission in IITs for M.Sc.(2 Years), M.Sc.-M.Tech, M.Sc.-Ph.D dual degree, M.Sc.-MS (Research)/Ph.D dual degree courses and in IISc banglore for integrated Ph.D courses.
To appear for this you should have at least 55% aggregate in graduation if belongs to General or OBC-NCL category or if you are from SC/ST/PwD category you must have minimum 50% aggregate without rounding-off.
When you are in graduation qualifying year can also apply for JAM Exam.
There is no age limits to apply for this, candidate from any can appear in the exam.
