Please note this is the situation with companies all over. Whether it is the Pharma or technical company or oil and gas industry or any industry for that matter.
The only solution to this is, being well qualified, that is qualifications meant for that industry and job, and at the sametime, show your quality of work. Only then will you stand a chance to be retained in the organization.
But then you could try your luck with government organizations any industry. Preferably Oil and gas, pharma or technical field.
