I would strongly suggest you to have a long term perspective and pursue MBA International Business. If you can manage to do MBA International Business from a premier Institute or a good reputed Institute with good placements, then there is no need to MIB from abroad. Dear Aspirant, IT experience of 4 years is a good thing you have gained. For managerial role, I would recommend you to get PMP Certification from PMI. PMP certification as you may be aware or may have seen is a must in IT industry. Project Management skills certification is recommended in IT industry. PMP is highly recommended. For UG admissions, you just have to take admission based on your 12th std marks. Dear Aspirant, Companies have only one tool to short list or filter candidates and that is on the basis of percentages in the degree or masters courses. Generally top companies ask for minimum 60% in the degree or masters course. Generally 10th or 12th std marks are not a determinant for jobs for freshers at first instance, however if they are very low, then you may be put on waiting list by the companies. Best wishes
