Most of the Bank Jobs requires Graduation degree to apply. So in my opinion, you cannot apply for bank jobs after 12th.
But you can apply for Railway Jobs after passing 12th Exam. There are various job opportunities for the 10th-12th passed candidates in Railways. Posts like Railway Group D, Railway Assistant Loco Pilot requires 10th pass qualification along with ITI certificate in relevant trade.
So, you can opt for Railway Jobs after 12th.

After Complete Graduation You have many options to get a banking job Like IBPS, RBI Grade B and Etc.
Considering my passion for finance, I'm eager to explore opportunities in the banking sector after completing 12th grade . I believe with dedication and the right qualifications, a bank job is achievable! you can get a bank job in RBI Grade B but you need to prepare for this exam.
