Firstly congratulations on clearing 12th.
Secondly, I am totally against choosing a career based on percentage and income earned. Choose only on the basis of your likes and interest. Only then the income will follow.
Though I am listing down few options, read thoroughly about the courses before you make a choice.
But as you have mentioned an interest in chemistry, paramedical field is more physics and biology oriented. Though MLT has chemistry involved.
Incase if chemistry, then you could choose organic chemistry or pharmacy option as well.
