By the time I have responded, you might have chosen specific course. Well, as mentioned by career expert, PGD and Masters are different. PGD is usually one year course after graduation while masters is two year course.
For PGD is valuable if you have some experience of working in the field or can not afford masters course at this point of time.
Masters course is more valuable. I recommend you to do masters. In case of financial constraint, there are many scholarships available for bright students.

A regular masters program is always having more value than a PG diploma. So if you are possessing a masters degree in Hotel management, it will give you more job opportunities in the field
