The scope of food technologist is increasing day by day, because new and new food companies are coming in market. These companies look for food technologists for a particular job. The difference is also there, what company you wish to join, is it a big or small company?. whether you are you going to work as quality control or other job inside laboratories or field job. A big company in India, with a good turn over will pay to handsome amount, on the other hand, a small company with little turn over will pay you less. In USA this is not the case, there you will get remuneration based on working hours. But in a big company, the chances of growth is more and it all depends upon the performance of the person.
