Thanks for writing to www.careerguide.com! You did not mention you educational qualification. Well, if you haven't completed MSc, I would recommend to do MSc in nutrition and dietician or clinical nutrition or food & nutrition.
Dieitician can work in hospital, NGO or academic institutions. If you want to work in academics, you need to clarify National Eligibility for Assistant Professorship and do PhD. For work in hospital or NGO, post graduation is fine. However, PhD is highly preferred.
