Interesting question and seemingly you have answered your querry itself.

A dietician is a professional who studies the body constituency and the food content and then suggests diet accordingly.

Thus they need to have sound knowledge in physics and biology, which unfortunately a commerce student would not have.

Hope you have not completed your commerce graduation and are just 12th pass. But incase you are a graduate and now based on your 12th would like to pursue a dietician course, although you can but please note that would mean falling back 3 years and starting from scratch. If you are ready to undergo this change you may opt for nutrition and dietics course based on your 12th marks.

There are certificate courses available with kaya. But I do not recommend it, since they are tailourmade for the organization itself and would not fetch you a job elsewhere

How on earth did you feel that being a Dietician is a career for your future? Firstly in spite of being into Science stream uptil 12th, you chose to go to Commerce. Now again you wish to come back to Science field. Don't you think you are wasting too much of energy, money and time by choosing wrong things?

For Dietician, your 12th PCM is of no use, since PCB is required for an entry to the Dietician course.

You should have thought about this at the time you too admission to 11th Science stream, whether are you really meant and suitable for science or no. If you have shifted to Commerce from Science, then it clearly means that Science subjects were not interesting and aptitude wise also you did not manage to study them.
