A perfusionist is a trained healthcare professional who work as part of a surgical team.
Perfusionist also known as a Clinical Perfusionist or a Cardiovascular Perfusionist operates the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgery and other surgeries that require cardiopulmonary bypass.

As you have rightly mentioned most of the courses are avilable at Karnataka.

But few List i could find at Kerela, would be:

As far as Gulf countries are concerned, majorly they are popular with the Hospitality industry mainly Hotel industry and Oil and Gas.
The medical services are not that prompt there and so majorly patients fly to India for their surgery and other requirements.

On searching we both were able to locate colleges in Karnataka and majorly the well know Institutes.
As a counselor, I would recommend that if you are pursuing a course and that too an important one, why not from the best Institute.
So a little efforts in terms of relocating would be required.
But ultimately choice is yours and your families.
