As she is specially able candidate, She must be having a reservation quota in almost every government job.
First, ask her to prepare for Bank exams, SSC, UPSC as per her interest. Along with that, many MNCs are hiring such gifted candidates in their early positions. I have seen couple of them working in reputed BPOs and KPOs.
Please treat her as a normal candidate as after the digitization, there has been a negligible contact between the customer and service provider so She is exactly like us.
Somewhere I would prefer a Government Job for her for a secure career.
