Before I answer your question, my question to you is Why do you wish to do a Diploma, when Degree is a must to sustain in the job market.
After pursuing a Diploma, you definitely will get a job in some industry, but to move ahead in terms of position or salary they will require a degree.
Since I do not know the reason for you to opt for a Diploma, I would request you to pursue a correspondence Degree program from an Open University along with the job.
Correspondence courses do not require you to attend colleges regularly and you can appear for the exam when you are prepared.
