You have not mentioned your current study level otherwise it could have been easiest task to explain you the right combination of subject at bachelor or master level. Just you try to see the entire course structure for astronomy if you are in school or 12th then see the undergrad course work which is quite relevant to astronomy. Physics chemistry and maths with physics hons will be quite helpful to pursue master degree in astronomy. The most prestigious organization at national and international level is ISRO Indian Space Research Organization which is famous for space research and its allied research mission is astronomy. You are advised to explore ISRO website so that you can acquire the entire fact sheets related to course wrks and it pre-requisites, and academic eligibility criteria.
