Hi There,
Interesting field of study.
[To know whether you have the right interest in the said field][1], firstly do a self introspection:
- Do you have liking towards celestial objects???
- Do you like visiting the planetarium???
- Do you like to find out or are inquisitive about the nature and the celestial bodies???

Hello Prabhat,
Welcome and Thanks for visiting CareerGuide.com!!!
Astrophysicists explore physical properties of celestial objects including stars, planets and galaxies; thus they need a substantial amount of scientific knowledge. Joining local astronomy clubs and participating in related events can be an early way for aspiring astrophysicists to meet people in the field and develop an understanding of the scientific community.
Astrophysicists is a demanding and competitive field, entering a well-regarded undergraduate program could prove beneficial to a prospective astrophysicsts educational
Hello Siddhita,Wish you a Happy new year and pray this year brings you joy and success. Please note that there is a difference between being interested in collecting information as a hobby and being interested and getting in-depth in it as a profession. The reason I have put this up is that you would now have to sit and decide with a lot of maturity, whether it is your hobby, which you would like to pursue in your free time or as a means of relaxation or you wish to pursue it as a career, i.e work 24/7 in it by getting involved in the nitty-gritty of the job involved. If it is a mere hobby, then
Dear Aspirant,
You are too much out of the world. I am sad to know that you do not have the basic information about the courses and their eligibility.
BA in Maths is not sufficient to get into Astronomy which is a very high end career where you need to have extra ordinary command over Maths and Physics.
With BA in Maths (actually you should have done BSc Maths) you can career opportunities in Business Analysis, Actuarial Science, etc.
I suggest you to look for career based on maths in finance, banking, insurance, teaching, etc.
Best wishes
If you wish to do a PG in Astronomy, then I am sure you are either a Graduate in Physics or metaphysics or [Astronomy engineering][1] or geophysics.[As an Agronomists][2], you mainly would be involved in Research of the solar system, planetary movements, movements of meteors and a research of life on other planets etc.
As such it is a complete research work, not just gazing at stars and the galaxy. Certain amount of permutations and computations needs to be done. So an interests in Math is a must. Also as such knowledge related to computers is also a necessity.Apart from this please note that i
Dear aspirant You have posted a wonderful question. To give my answer straight away, there is absolutely no scope or relevance for an astronomer to study an MBA degree. An astronomer is someone who comes from an authentic science background and has no relation to do business or management degree any time in his career. In my career i have talked to many students and professionals and i dont know why, almost every candidate i meet to counsel think MBA as a default destiny option for students from any background. MBA is only needed for certain degrees and it can also be considered as a lead

Or Defense organizations which provides fighter air craft flying training. In rare cases, even defense non fighter pilots gets chance, that too after stringent training measures.Astronaut is supposed to be fully f
Hello friend,
Astrophysicist are scientists that study the physical components of celestial objects. They study the physics of the universe as well as the interaction between the various objects which occupy it. Astrophysicist can either study the theoretical aspects of space or apply their fundamental knowledge of physics to explore various occurrences in space such as dark matter, black holes, stellar evolution, super clusters and neutron stars.
If you want to become an astrophysicist you need to determine if this career path is a good fit for you. If the following description sounds l

Dear Friend
To be an astonomer is very exciting as your engineering background in electronics and communication sounds relevant and quite implicative. Your first choice should be in Indian Institute of Astrophysics where your career will be excelled dynamically. It is one of the premium insititues worldwide recognized for its excellency in research and development and participating in many international joint mission towards the global astrophysics. It hosts many national and international research projects. Scientists and professors are highly reputed those have ma
Dear FriendAstronomy is the applied phycis and mathematics which require core physics at fundamental level. Aiming such brillient profession is always charm oneself, family and friends so must discuss the requirement at academic level. Just see the curricular structure and find the modules and analyse them whether they look interesting in genuine ground or not. After doing so things will be clear at your fundamental level, and also will reveal the superficial interest due to the social references which seems to be redundant at juvenile stage and consequently students commit mistake, this is al
Communication skills are vital for astronomers, as they need to present complex ideas clearly to colleagues, publish research, and engage with the public. Whether explaining the mysteries of the universe or collaborating with teams, strong communication helps bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and understanding. Just like how a lobe pump filling machine requires precision and efficiency, so does effective communication in the field of astronomy.
Hi,Let us first understand what they do actually. Astronomer is a scientist who studies celestial bodies such as black holes, moons, planets, stars, nebulae and galaxies, as well as Gamma ray bursts and cosmic microwave back ground radiation. A related but distinct subject, cosmology, is concerned with studying the universe as a whole. An astronomer reaches the world beyond earth.Passion for any profession is the only key to success . If you are passionate about certain subject you will never see what you can not do , rather will always focus on what you like to do in that field. Astronomers a
