Hi Darpan,Very sad to hear that..... but the fact is also true that the job of chemical engineers is very taxing and they have to work around large-scale production equipment that is either indoor or outdoor. There are various types of hazards that one faces like Physical, Accident, Chemical, Biological, Psychosocial etc . Hence one is bond to get ill. Please get yourself treated from a good doctor as you have to keep up in good health to work, otherwise you will not be able to work for a very long time. There are a lot of safety measures that should be adopted while working like, they are required to wear safety protective equipment, such as hard hats, goggles,steel-toe shoes etc.
