Dear Aspirant,
IIBF is really a nice Institution for making banking careers.
But why are you aiming for a Diploma in Banking and Finance? Are you a graduate? If yes, I think you should aim for MBA in Banking and Finance or at least a PGD in Banking and Finance. IIBF also offers Masters course in Banking and Finance.
In my opinion, doing a Diploma and that too in such a core technical commerce field, you will not gain much in terms of job profile or brand companies/banks.
I would suggest you to re-think on this Diploma decision once again.
Just to let you know, IIBF conducts a common entrance test for all its courses and it is followed by a personal interview. Placements are also good.
