Interesting question, but rather than me, you would be the best to answer this question for yourself.
What is required here is Research and Thinking out of the box. Pick one of the topic, either HR or Finance and then think of ideas that can go with it and you could link it up as a project work. Do some research online, that would give you an idea.
eg. Hiring these days is not just restricted to work role in office, but being multi talented and organizations gauge this talent through Psychometric assessment and Brain mapping. Think of it as a project. Research companies that hire in such process.
I cant name companies, but what you could do is make a list of companies and take an appointment with the HR, telling them its for a project. Before the meeting make a thorough study of the organization, their policy and hat you have in mind. Make a list of questionnaire and approach them and get your doubts cleared.
Take it as a challenge. Please note many companies may even say a NO. Be ready for rejection. Also you could approach outsourcing organizations too.
