Hi there,

Telling which course is better is difficult as both the courses are inter related.

A graphic designer needs to know web designing and vice versa. But mainly a web designer needs graphic knowledge.

Just designing a web page without illustrations is of no use. Thus after a website is designed steps in a graphic designer who through illustrations enhances and attracts the customer.

So according to me both have their importance and both can work as a freelancer.

Choice is yours.

Dear Aspirant,

Graphic Designing is the base for any other designing like Web Designing. Web designing is a technical domain where you will have to learn the tools to create a website through codes and programming. Graphic designing is an artistic domain where you will create logos, designs, useful for a website, advertisement, etc.

Therefore to tell you which is best, then I would answer that both are best. You will have to choose which to select based on your liking, interests, aptitude.

Both the fields are good to do and earn a good income. There are entrepreneurship opportunities as well after your gain industry experience.
