What is it that you visualize yourself doing in future? Supervising the shop floor, drawing machine designs, selling industrial products, number-crunching in a bank or an administrative job? Do some internet research, and compare the pay and perks. Take a realistic view of the competition, and how much time will you take to enter the Govt/bank through competitive exam routes? Meanwhile, it makes sense to take up the first available job, or enrol for a MBA. If you are still in doubt, take an assessment test to discover your innate strengths. It will become a pointer towards your career path.

Hi Raman, Great to know about that. As she is specially able candidate, She must be having a reservation quota in almost every government job. First, ask her to prepare for Bank exams, SSC, UPSC as per her interest. Along with that, many MNCs are hiring such gifted candidates in their early positions. I have seen couple of them working in reputed BPOs and KPOs. Please treat her as a normal candidate as after the digitization, there has been a negligible contact between the customer and service provider so She is exactly like us. Hi Ishita, Try MBA in Finance.  I deal with many HR people for the placements and since CA charges a good salary, MBA Finance with good knowledge is giving a touch challenge to CA's who couldn't make it in first attempt. Best wishes, Himanshu
