Hello Gaurav, There is no such specific passing marks requirement to pass the Prelims test. The UPSC has never mentioned as such. The Civil Services Exam is essentially a competitive exam with three stages and the candidates are eliminated at every stage according to the approximate ratio which is based on the vacancies available. Generally, every year around 1000 vacancies and minimum 4 Lakh candidates apply for the CSE-Prelims.
